  • We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not sure which carrier is right for you, please come for a consultation before buying your carrier. You can try on any carrier before making a commitment to purchase. We will help you learn to use your carrier properly. 
  • We accept returns/exchanges for items that are received in damaged condition. 
  • We accept returns on items that are in new condition, unwashed, and with all original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
  • Exchanges: if you receive a carrier as a gift and wish to exchange it for a different design, no problem! Please make sure your carrier is new, unwashed, and with all original packaging in order to exchange it. 
  • Shipping: We are happy to mail your carrier to you within Israel. Shipping is 20 NIS for priority (approx. 3 business days) or 40 NIS for express (same day or next day delivery). Pick up in Jerusalem is free!
  • We accept payment via cash or check (for in-person sales) or via PayPal or Israeli bank transfer. Please contact us if you would like to do a bank transfer.
  • NEW!!! Try out any carrier for three days. Leave us a deposit and take a Bali Stretch, Bali Breeze, or BabyHawk Mei Tai for a trial period.
